Fantastic experience. Natalie had lots of tricks to make it an enjoyable experience for my 2.5 year old son. It’s also the best haircut he’s ever received! I also appreciated the customer service at the front desk and from the whole team - I mistakenly booked online for the wrong date and they didn’t hesitate at all. They were able to still fit us in yesterday which I sincerely appreciated and that extra step to go above and beyond guarantees we’ll come back.

It was a wonderful experience with our daughter who is generally not so excited for haircuts. Jeanne was the one who helped and made sure to keep things very slow and gently with baby. They offered fun stuff too for distracting baby which was so sweet. Will def recommend it to everyone

Jessica was AMAZING. My daughter had her first haircut at 3 1/2 and had a wonderful experience. Nearly fell asleep getting her hair washed. The place is so cool and each kid gets to pick a vehicle to sit in.
